Certain offerings may include insight modules, analytics dashboards, group training, and selectively, leadership-related materials based on previously developed intellectual property.
3. Eligibility and User Responsibilities

3.2 You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update it as needed.
3.3 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and account usage.

6. AI Insights and Human Coaching Content
6.1 PineWoodsAI offers insights generated by AI systems; these insights are informational and not intended to replace professional judgment.
6.2 Some sessions or training materials may reference legacy coaching frameworks. These references are used to support broader educational and leadership goals, not as stand-alone coaching services.
7. Cancellations and Rescheduling (Live Sessions)
7.1 For any live session access (if applicable), cancellation must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
7.2 Missed or late-canceled sessions may be forfeited at PineWoodsAI’s discretion.
8. Warranties and Disclaimers
8.1 Our Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
8.2 We do not guarantee specific outcomes from use of our platform, AI systems, or educational resources.
9. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall PineWoodsAI LLC be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost data, opportunity, or business disruption.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PineWoodsAI LLC, its affiliates, and partners from any claims or liabilities resulting from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.
