If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Services.

PineWoodsAI LLC provides AI-powered tools and experiences designed to support leadership, personal development, team performance, and human communication.

Services may include:

• Relational and identity modeling

• Biometric-based wellness insights (opt-in)

• Productivity integrations

• Workshops, trainings, and briefings

• Educational materials

Services may evolve over time.

3. Eligibility and User Responsibilities

3.1 You must be at least 18 years old to use the Services.

3.2 You agree to provide accurate, current information.

3.3 You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials.

3.4 You agree to comply with all laws and these Terms.

4. Intellectual Property

4.1 All content, models, prompts, graphs, and outputs are the property of PineWoodsAI LLC or its licensors.

4.2 You may not reverse engineer, copy, or exploit any part of the platform.

4.3 All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

5. User Content & License

5.1 You Own Your Content

You retain ownership of all content and data you submit (“User Content”).

5.2 License to PineWoodsAI

By submitting User Content, you grant PineWoodsAI a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to:

• process, transmit, store, analyze, and display the content;

• route it through third-party AI providers;

• generate derived insights;

• maintain and improve the Services.

This license exists exclusively to deliver and improve the Services.

5.3 User Representations

You warrant that:

• you have all rights necessary to submit User Content;

• information about third parties is shared lawfully;

• your content does not violate any rights or laws.

6. Payments and Subscriptions

6.1 Fees are due at purchase unless stated otherwise.

6.2 Payments are non-refundable unless expressly stated.

6.3 Access may be revoked for non-payment or Terms violations.

7. AI Insights and Limitations

7.1 AI outputs are informational only.

7.2 We do not provide medical, psychological, diagnostic, legal, or financial advice.

7.3 You assume full responsibility for any decisions made based on AI outputs.

8. Third-Party AI Providers (Multi-Model Orchestration)

8.1 The Services use multiple AI providers, including OpenAI, Anthropic, Google (Gemini), and XAI (Grok).

8.2 User Content may be transmitted to these providers for processing.

8.3 You may not use the Services in ways that violate provider AUPs.

8.4 Providers may change without notice.

9. Biometric and Sensor Data (Opt-In)

9.1 Biometric data may be collected if you connect wearables via integrations such as Rook.

9.2 Biometric data is used only for non-clinical wellness insights.

9.3 Biometric data is never sent to AI providers.

9.4 You may disconnect biometric integrations at any time.

10. Productivity & Communication Platform Integrations (Opt-In)

By connecting platforms (e.g., Google Drive, Gmail, Google Calendar, Slack, Notion, Microsoft Teams), you:

• authorize PineWoodsAI to access the data permitted by each OAuth scope;

• consent to processing of this data per the Privacy Policy;

• represent that you have the right to grant such access;

• may revoke access at any time via the platform’s permissions.

PineWoodsAI does not access private folders, private channels, full message histories, or full document contents unless explicitly authorized.

🌲 11. Google OAuth (Required Disclosure)

If you log in using Google OAuth:

• PineWoodsAI receives your name, email, and (optional) profile photo.

• We never receive your Google password.

• You may revoke access at any time through your Google Account settings.

Our use of Google user data complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use Policy.

Connecting your Google account constitutes consent to this processing.

12. Cancellations and Rescheduling (Live Sessions)

12.1 You may reschedule or cancel with 24 hours’ notice.

12.2 Missed or late-cancelled sessions may be forfeited.

12.3 PineWoodsAI may reschedule sessions with reasonable notice.

13. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the Services to:

• engage in illegal activity

• request medical, psychological, diagnostic, or therapeutic advice

• input sensitive biometric data into AI prompts

• conduct biometric identification or surveillance

• generate harmful, abusive, or deceptive content

• reverse engineer the Services

• scrape, harvest, or extract data

• build, train, or improve competing models

• bypass security measures

14. Warranties and Disclaimers

14.1 Services are provided “as is.”

14.2 PineWoodsAI does not guarantee accuracy or outcomes.

14.3 AI outputs may be incomplete or incorrect.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• PineWoodsAI shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages.

• Total liability shall not exceed the greater of:

(a) fees paid by you in the preceding 12 months, or

(b) $100.

16. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold PineWoodsAI LLC harmless from any claims arising from misuse of the Services or violations of these Terms.

You may terminate your account anytime by contacting [email protected].

Data will be handled per our Privacy Policy.

We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations or misuse.

18. Dispute Resolution & Arbitration

18.1 Binding Arbitration

Any dispute related to these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA), except as noted below.

18.2 Small Claims Carve-Out (User-Friendly)

Either party may bring individual claims in small claims court instead of arbitration.

18.3 Class Action Waiver

You waive any right to participate in class actions or class-wide arbitration.

18.4 30-Day Right to Opt Out (User-Friendly)

You may opt out of binding arbitration within 30 days of first using the Services by emailing:

Opting out does not affect your use of the Services.

19. Modifications to Services

21. General Provisions

Severability: Invalid provisions do not affect remaining terms.

Assignment: PineWoodsAI may assign these Terms; users may not assign without consent.

Force Majeure: We are not liable for delays beyond our control (e.g., outages, disasters).
