Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) governs your use of the Services provided by PineWoodsAI LLC (“PineWoods”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), including Athena Prime, the Relational Intelligence Fabric (RIF), HealthSphere, and all related offerings. It is incorporated into and forms part of our Terms of Service. Violation of this AUP may result in suspension or termination of your access.

1. General Obligations

You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with the Terms of Service. You must not use the Services in any way that could harm, disable, overburden, or impair our infrastructure or interfere with other users.

2. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

- Request or solicit medical, psychological, diagnostic, or therapeutic advice through the Services.

- Input sensitive health records, genetic data, or biometric identifiers into the Services in any manner not expressly supported by PineWoodsAI’s authorized integrations.

- Use outputs generated by the Services for clinical decision-making, diagnosis, or medical treatment.

- Use the Services in any manner that could endanger the health, safety, or rights of yourself or others.

- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the proprietary logic, methodology, or architecture of the Relational Intelligence Fabric (RIF) or any of our analysis systems.

- Scrape, harvest, systematically extract, or build datasets from the Services or any outputs.

- Resell, sublicense, redistribute, or commercially exploit any outputs, insights, or data obtained from the Services without our prior written consent.

- Misrepresent AI-generated outputs as professional, clinical, or expert assessments, or present them to third parties in a manner that implies clinical validity.

- Use the Services or any outputs to develop, train, or improve competing artificial intelligence products, models, or services.

- Access the Services through automated means, bots, scripts, or unauthorized APIs without our express written permission.

- Upload, transmit, or generate content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, obscene, or that infringes third-party rights.

- Create false identities, impersonate others, or mislead regarding your affiliation with PineWoodsAI.

- Introduce malware, viruses, or other harmful code.

3. Enforcement

We reserve the right to investigate violations of this AUP and to take appropriate action, including warning the user, suspending or terminating access, or reporting to law enforcement where appropriate. We may also seek equitable relief, including injunction.

By using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with this Acceptable Use Policy.
