At PineWoodsAI, we are committed to delivering high-quality AI-powered performance insights, educational content, and system-based services. This fulfillment policy outlines how we deliver our offerings and what you can expect as a user or participant.


1. Delivery Timeframes
1.1 Webinars and Live Events

Access links for live webinars will be delivered via email no later than 24 hours prior to the scheduled event.Recordings (when applicable) will be made available within 3 business days of the event’s conclusion. We reserve the right not to provide recordings based on content type or licensing restrictions.


1.2 AI Tools and System Access

For paid modules or platform access, credentials or onboarding links will be provided within 1–2 business days of purchase.Custom assessments, Resonance Reports, or orchestration diagnostics will be delivered on a project-specific timeline, communicated at the time of purchase or engagement.


1.3 Workshops and Facilitated Sessions

Logistics and access details will be sent at least 3 business days before the session, where applicable.Session recaps and supporting materials will be delivered within 5 business days unless otherwise noted.


2. Delivery Methods

Services are delivered primarily via secure digital channels, including web-based portals, video conferencing platforms (e.g., Zoom), and secure email.For enterprise clients, sessions or dashboards may be integrated via custom delivery methods based on agreement.


3. Client/User Responsibilities
To ensure the best experience and maximize value from our platform and events, users are expected to:

Review provided materials and instructions prior to live sessions.Maintain a stable internet connection and functioning devices for remote access.Respect all access terms and timelines.Engage in any prep work required to generate customized output (e.g., AI assessments, input forms).


4. Rescheduling and Cancellations (Live Content)

You may reschedule or cancel live sessions or onboarding calls with at least 24 hours’ notice.Missed or late-cancelled sessions may be forfeited unless otherwise agreed.PineWoodsAI reserves the right to reschedule any session with at least 24 hours' notice.


5. Technical Issues

In the event of technical failure on our side, we will make every reasonable effort to reconnect or reschedule at no additional cost.If issues are user-side, rescheduling may be accommodated at PineWoodsAI’s discretion.


6. Recordings and Content Use

Webinars and live training sessions may be recorded.Recordings will be shared with participants when appropriate; however, we reserve the right to withhold recordings to protect proprietary methods or participant privacy.


7. Materials and Digital Deliverables

Any supporting materials included with your purchase will be delivered digitally within 3–5 business days of the relevant session or trigger event (e.g., onboarding, workshop conclusion).


8. Completion of Services

A service engagement is considered fulfilled when the contracted deliverables (e.g., report, session, workshop, or system output) have been provided. No further obligations apply beyond that point unless a retainer or recurring service agreement is in place.


9. Feedback and Improvement
We welcome feedback to improve our products and services. Clients may be invited to participate in brief satisfaction surveys or feedback sessions post-delivery.


10. Policy Updates
PineWoodsAI reserves the right to modify this fulfillment policy at any time. Updates will be reflected on our website and, where relevant, communicated directly to active users or clients.
